Gerald Matlofsky is a Canadian Common Law lawyer registered with the Ontario Bar Association, Canada, which is the state where he works. He is an expert in Business Law, advisory and litigation.
Between 1993 and 1995, Matlofsky worked as a Common Law lawyer at Jeantet & Associados Advogados, based in Paris. In this firm, he worked exclusively on cases related to investments and commercial contracts made by clients based in Common Law and Western Europe countries in Eastern Europe.
