
Nicole Martins
Managing Partner
Nicole Martins’ practice focuses on estate and succession planning, asset protection, and civil and commercial litigation. She works in state and federal courts on issues of all complexities. Nicole is dedicated to protecting the assets of domestic and foreign families through legal instruments peculiar to the U.S. Law.
Prior to founding The Martins Law Firm, Nicole had already worked at all stages of business litigation, as well as drafting business contracts for the then third largest aircraft manufacturer in the world.
Born in Florida and having lived in Brazil during her childhood, Nicole is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. She holds a bachelor’s degree of Political Science from the Florida International University and a law degree from the Western Michigan University.
Nicole is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, in the United States District for the Southern District of Florida, and at the Supreme Court of the United States. Nicole has also pro bono law practice for abandoned children in Miami Dade County and is currently a volunteer at the Youth Diabetes Research Foundation. She has been operating the US Desk in partnership with CSFR Advogados since 2018.
