The Immigration & Citizenship team of CSFR Advogados assists our foreign clients in the applications for residence permits disciplined by the National Immigration Council (work with and without employment link, green field investor, administrator, real estate investor, technology transfer, etc.) and in the applications for naturalization in all its modalities before the Ministry of Justice.

With our international partners, we provide advice to Brazilian clients who want to obtain a residence permit in countries such as Portugal, Canada and the USA, including legal support in tax and day-to-day matters in those countries. Also with our partners, we work on applications for Portuguese, Canadian and U.S. citizenship.
