Juan Camilo Pryor is an expert in Administrative Law and legal issues related to fintechs. He also assists his clients–from major companies to startups–in contracts with the Government and corporate matters. He has extensive experience in designing and structuring financial products and for the stock market, both for financial institutions and for companies seeking funding at low cost.
He successfully led the defense in investigations of the Colombian Financial Superintendence, securities market regulatory bodies, and other inspection and surveillance entities. Likewise, he has successfully advised several clients in bidding processes and government contracting, in sectors such as education, food, security and national defense.
